MYDATA Replacement ZFF 250 Pre-Filters (OEM Part Number K-011-0051) for the full range of MYDATA SMT pick-and-place systems. The replacement pre-filters provide savings up to 30 percent over original MYDATA pre-filters, making production more affordable.
The Count On Tools Replacement ZFF 250 Pre-Filters are low efficiency particle filters used to protect the electronic components within the SMT pick-and-place system from dust and other large, coarse debris. With the specially designed polymedia filter material along with iFuse coating, the replacement pre-filters can further extend the life of SMT equipment by offering increased performance and protection against dust and debris:
Offer 20-35 percent efficiency compared to the 15 percent (or less) of the original MYDATA ZFF 250 Filter, increasing the particle absorption capabilities.
Offer an equivalent 90 percent arrestance as the original MYDATA ZFF 250 Filter.
MERV 8 rating compared to the MERV 1-6 of the original MYDATA ZFF 250 Filter.
Catch more than 85 percent of particles 3-10 microns and more than 50 percent of particles 1-3 microns compared to the less than 20 percent of particles 3-10+ microns caught by the original MYDATA ZFF 250 Filter.
ZFF 250 Pre-Filters should be inspected weekly. When the filters become clogged, they should be replaced immediately to maximize performance.
