High Capacity DIP production line is using 3 DIP insert lines and 1 middle 3.5 meter wave soldering machine, 1 PCB unloader and 1 PCB conveyor for PCB quality inspection or assembly. middle production capacity output. one this middle capacity DIP production line capacity is around 2000pcs (10 hour working time) 20x20cm PCB. more big capacity, you can use 2 or 3 this production lines to got even higher production capacity.
This production line use the following DIP assembly equipments:
1.DIP insertion line
this dip line/dip assembly line is to insert the components on PCB or assembly CFL .
1.Working place arranged at one side beside the conveyor.
2.Motor running ,Chain moving .
3.Our normal length is 2.4M ,one working place per 1 meter,totally 3 working places
4.Line width is about 600mm ,total height about 1800mm ,working height 740mm.
5.Materials :aluminum .
6.Suitable PCB width 35-300mm width can adjustable.
7.fix 40 W fluorescent tube per working place ,totally 3 tubes.
8.each working place install component box fixtures /boards .
9.Moving method ; Driven by motor ,PLC control ,speed 0.3-3m/min adjustable.
10. Total Power : 60W AC220V/1phase/50HZ60w
11.By connected the line to wave soldering machine with conveyer , it will automatically go to the next step for soldering .

Automatic Insert Line Features:2. 3.5M wave soldering machine
1. Energy-saving, lead-free application, meet with environmental protection requirement and user friendly designed
2. Automatic power system, inverter control, automatic board in-load feature.
3. Flux sprayer using transverse Japanese spray nozzle and driving by pneumatic cylinders. PLC controlled, accurate and reliable.
4. Preheating system uses four independent temperature control so as to ensure the excellent heat preservation, temperature uniformity, temperature accuracy in ±2ºC.
5. Titanium solder fingers, high strengthened double v-groove with tin resistant
6. Solder motor adopts imported high frequency conversion motor with independent control, stable performance.
7. Pre-heat passage with modularized design, environmental protection and safety, convenient for cleanup.
8. PID close loop controlled hot air pre-heaters
9. Timer startup feature for solder pot, solder melted in within 90 minutes.
10. With black box memory function, the machine can always store the SPC data, improve work efficiency.
11. Automatic finger cleaner equipped.
12. Intelligent monitoring and alarm system ensure the stable performance and operators’ safety.
